  • This isn't that kind of meditation. The "I'm-not-good-at-meditation" club? I'm the founding member. We don't do the empty-mind thing here. We use your beautiful, busy mind as the doorway, not the obstacle. If you can listen to my voice and follow where it leads, you're already qualified.

  • Your journey, your rules. Period. Some people share one whispered word that changes their trajectory in life. Others keep their revelations close to their chest Both are perfect. The container holds you either way. No forced vulnerability here.

  • Apps can't feel you. Apps don't adjust to the energy in the room. Apps don't create that electric current that happens when souls gather with intention. Apps don’t hold you accountable. These journeys go deeper than the surface mind where most apps live. Plus, there's a certain magic that happens in the sacred space between us that no algorithm can replicate.

  • Drop expectations at the door. There's no spiritual performance art here. Some people see vivid imagery. Others feel subtle shifts. Some swear nothing happened—until three days later when they make a decision with unexpected clarity. Staying open and curious is the key. Your soul speaks its own language. We're just creating space for you to learn how to listen to it. 

  • Small enough that you're seen. Large enough to create powerful collective energy. I cap the groups at 17 to keep the container intimate and safe. This isn't about packing a virtual room—it's about creating the container and holding space for this transformational work.

  • All but two of the guided meditations will be recorded for you and delivered to your inbox. The two meditations that aren't recorded require real-time facilitation—they're the journeys where we go deepest together, and I need to be actively working with the energy of the group as it unfolds.
