How Private Sessions Work

  1. We begin by scheduling session times that fit your calendar

  2. Sessions are held via Zoom and last approximately one hour. All you need is a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted

  3. At the start of each session, we clarify what you’re currently navigating and refine an intention for our time together

  4. From there, you relax and remain open. I stay in active inquiry with your energy field — following what’s ready to be addressed, narrating what I’m perceiving, and shifting patterns as we go

  5. Each session is recorded so you can revisit it between our meetings.

  6. I’ll offer simple guidance or journal prompts to support integration so the work continues to settle into your daily life

  7. You’ll have access to me between sessions if questions or insights come up.

  • es. Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person work. Energy work isn’t limited by physical distance, and when we meet over Zoom, I’m still able to work directly with your energy field in real time.

    Many clients actually relax more deeply at home, without the stress of commuting or being in an unfamiliar space. That ease often allows the work to settle naturally and go just as deep.

  • I recommend being on camera for our initial Discovery Call so we can connect face-to-face. After that, you have complete flexibility during the healing sessions.

    Many clients prefer to turn their camera off during the healing portion so they can relax without feeling self-conscious. The work is equally effective either way.

    What matters most is that you feel comfortable and fully present.

  • Everyone’s experience is unique. Many clients report feeling deeply relaxed, clearer mentally, or lighter afterward. Some notice immediate shifts, while for others the changes unfold over the days that follow.

    Occasionally, you may feel temporary fatigue as your system integrates the work — similar to how your body can feel after a deep massage. This is normal and usually settles within 24–48 hours.

  • No special preparation is needed. Simply choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted.

    Have water nearby, and a blanket if you tend to get cold when relaxing deeply. If possible, avoid caffeine for a few hours beforehand so your system can settle more easily.

    Most importantly, come as you are. No special knowledge or experience is required.

    Instead of analyzing or managing a problem, we work directly with your energy system — where those patterns are held.

    Energy responds to attention. If you’re curious and willing to notice what shifts — even if you’re unsure what you think about it — that’s enough.

    The work continues to integrate between sessions as your system adjusts to the shifts.
